The ICT Information Group has provided the customer with a management system for technical offers that, once the contract has been acquired, permits to verify the deviations between what has been acquired and how much it actually spent to carry out the required services by directly controlling the work sites thanks to ‘ using portable terminals connected to the headquarters. The provided system is also equipped with a module for the verification of quality controls carried out in compliance with the requirements of UNI EN 13549 “Basic Requirements and Recommendations for Quality Measurement Systems”.
